Kirsty Badham is a talented Ceramic Artist who lives in Bedfordshire.  She comes from Staffordshire, and has a love for ceramics that reflect the nature around her.  Sadly, on Wednesday 14th October 2009, disaster struck.  Her beloved kiln developed a fault, and destroyed several weeks work.  Not only that, but it looks like the kiln is beyond repair.  Because of their very nature, Kilns are virtually impossible to insure, so we have a talented artist with no way of creating her award winning pottery.

Now rather than simply begging for charity, Kirsty has decided to offer a practical solution for her predicament, and is offering to make a series of Bowls  which will be available at a reduced cost to anyone who pledges to this appeal.  This way, if we get 100 customers, we will be able to completely replace the kiln.  What you will get for a pledge of only £25 is a unique piece of ceramic artwork that would usually retail at around £50.  Just click on the link at the left of the page.  Once the Kiln is either repaired or replaced, Kirsty will undertake to produce the bowl within six  months.  If you have any questions, then simply contact us on the details on the contact us page.
